Birth Doula
- Two prenatal visits
- Unlimited email and phone support
- Labor support
- Immediate postpartum support (up to 2 hours)
- One postpartum visit within 2 weeks of birth (1 hour)
*Last minute support is available for a reduced fee*
Postpartum Doula
- Emotional, physical (and spiritual support, if wanting)
- A safe space to process and unpack your birth story and transition through the new changes in life
- Assistance with sibling transition and care
- Overnight or day shifts to give you some well needed rest or time to yourself
- Infant feeding support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
PRE-BABY SIGN LANGUAGE CLASSES (ASL)
- Classes in the comfort of your home or desired location
- Learn the importance of prelinguistic skills
- Learn basic, functional vocabulary to jump start your child’s language development
- Fun & customized classes that the whole family can enjoy (invite them!)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Virtual or In-person Consulting (prenatal, during labor, and/or postpartum)
- Infant Feeding Specialist Consulting
- Breastfeeding Classes (2 hour course)
- Childbirth Education Classes (coming soon)
