Hi! I am the founder of the Hudson Valley Family Doulas agency. I am a trained Birth and certified Postpartum Doula, as well as an infant feeding specialist through Birth Arts International & ProDoula. I am also a proud mom to my beautiful daughter! Those who know me know that I’m super passionate and dedicated to birth work! I have been a caregiver and mother-at-heart ever since I was a little girl. It is such an honor to be in the sacred space of a growing family; something that I never take for granted. My goal is to ease your mind by supporting the experience you are looking for. I do this by actively listening to your wants and needs. After your intake call, I carefully handpick the doula(s) who I feel would be the best match for you. You will quickly find that positive energy and good vibes are what we practice in our everyday life. We hope to bring some of that energy into your life and cannot wait to serve you!
