My name is Caroline, and I became a doula because I truly believe every family deserves compassionate, personalized support during one of life’s most transformative experiences. Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period are filled with both incredible joy and unique challenges, and it is an honor to provide a calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring presence throughout this journey.

As a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, my goal is to help families feel supported, informed, and confident as they navigate this new chapter. I believe that every family has different needs, and I take pride in providing individualized care that respects each family’s values, preferences, and parenting goals.

Whether I am offering emotional encouragement, evidence-based education, newborn care, or practical hands-on support, I strive to create a peaceful environment where both parents and baby can thrive. My hope is that every family I work with feels empowered, cared for, and never alone during this special time.
